HOTSHOTS - Franchise FAQ's

1. How much is the total investment to own a Hotshots franchise here in the Philippines?

A: The size of the store will determine the cost of the investment. The total franchise package would range from Php 3M to Php 5M. For international franchise inquiries, please contact us.

2. What is included in the franchise package?

A:  The franchise package includes the use of Hotshots name and trademark, the architectural design and construction of the store, the equipment and furniture, signage and menu board, licenses, insurance and permits, the operations manual, training of management and crew, access to the central commissary, initial inventory and the franchise fee.

The Hotshots franchise is a turnkey franchise so you don’t have to worry about anything. You just have to be trained on how to operate the store efficiently.

3. What is the term of the franchise?

A: The term of a Hotshots franchise is five (5) years and is renewable to another five (5) years.

4. Who will select the site?

A: The franchise applicant is responsible for selecting a site based on the Hotshots’ site selection criteria. The franchise applicant is also encouraged to make a market study of the site. Once a site has been selected, our staff will do our study to review your assessment of the location. However, Hotshots also entertains franchise applicants without a specific location in mind.

5. What are the site location criteria?

A: An ideal site would be a minimum of 20 square meters (cart set up) to 80 square meters. An ideal location for Hotshots store would be in the vicinity of offices, schools, residential villages, hospitals, bars, restaurants, and malls.

6. How long until I recover my investment?

A: The store’s location and the amount of effort and hard work one puts in the efficient operations of a store will determine how much the store will earn. It is estimated that total investment can be recovered in 3-4 years or less.

7. Is the franchisee required to purchase all equipment and supplies from Hotshots?

A: Yes. All supplies and equipments will have to be bought from the central commissary.

8. How long does it take to start operating a Hotshots store?

A: From signing the franchise agreement to actually operating a store will take a maximum of 6 months.

9. How do we apply?

2. Description of Proposed Location
3. Market Study: target market, neighboring commercial establishments, schools, volume of foot and car traffic, etc.
4. Location Map
5. Size and rate of rent

2. If your location qualifies, we shall make an ocular inspection and evaluation of the outlet.

3. Once the location has been approved, a series of meetings and interviews will be conducted.
